I would suggest nutritional suppliments to halt further degeneration

and even restore some of what you've lost. Bones are

restored/strengthened by calcium. But never take a calcium only

suppliment. Always make sure it is taken with magneium and vitamin

D. All three work together to build bones. vitacost.com has several

good formulas to choose from (nsi, Bone Booster, or Bone Builder) or

a local health food store. Avoid buying supplements from grocery

stores or discount centers as the quality is usually very poor.

As you know, ligaments are what keeps our bones held together. Over

time these can become loose which allows more room for the spine to

shift. To strengthen ligaments take a good trio of glucosamine,

chondroitin, & MSM. SAME-e has also shown to promote joint health.
