I always thought it was wise to avoid things like white water rafting,

roller coasters, trampolines, running, high impact aerobics, etc.

I'll second what says and add bowling and riding in small cars, which

were both told to me by Dr. Harrington before I had my first surgery and

they always stuck with me.
