Dr. Booth will report on the research and innovations presented at the

September 2002 Scoliosis Research Society meeting.

Dr. Booth attended college at the University of California, Irvine

and graduated with honors from Loma University School of Medicine

where he subsequently completed his Orthopaedic Surgery training. After

residency training, Dr. Booth completed a one year fellowship in spinal

deformity at Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Booth is currently in private practice with offices in Pleasanton,

Sonora, , & San Ramon. His practice is limited to adult and

pediatric spinal reconstruction.

Directions to

Saint Francis Hospital

Saint Francis Hospital is on the corner of Hyde and Bush Streets.

From Marin County: Take the Golden Gate Bridge and stay on 101S to Bush

St. Take a left on Bush St. to Hyde St.

From the East Bay: Take I-80 across the Bay Bridge. Take the Fremont

St. exit and turn left on Fremont St. (Fremont St. becomes Front St.)

Turn left on Pine St, and left on Hyde St to Bush St.

From the Peninsula: Take 101 North to Duboce Ave/Mission St & take a

right at the fork in the ramp. Turn right on Mission St (101N). Turn

left onto S. Van Ness Ave. (101N). Turn right onto Bush St. to Hyde St.

Muni: Route 27 will drop you right in front of the hospital. Routes 2,

3 & 4 will get you within 1-2 blocks of the hospital.

Parking: Street parking is limited. There is a parking garage at 1234

Pine St (between Leavenworth & Hyde). Parking in that garage costs $2

per half hour.
