Vitamin E

This afternoon I attended a presentation at our PT center on the

benefits of Vitamin E. This was really for the PTs, but I asked if I

could sit in, as I take E and am interested, so my request was granted.

I learned something very interesting, with application to my life with

CMT. Apparently Vitamin E has been found to prevent muscle soreness

after workouts. This was very interesting to me, as even after any of my

workout/exercise/aquatics/walking/biking in the last 6 years since

adding E to my life daily, I do not have muscle soreness. Just thought

I'd share that for our vitamin archives! I will be doing harder aquatics

soon, as well as biking, so it will be interesting to see what happens

next!
