My solution to the sock problem isn't all that

elegant but it works. I use soccer socks from the

local shop that handles running shoes. (also buy my

shoes there, New Balance 13 6E) I'm only 5'11 but a

real wide body. The socks in extra large are just long

enough to fold over my extra long AFOs (mine go clear

to the chondyles). The lady who runs the store here is

a tad over 6 foot I'll just ask her if she has any

ideas besides what I've mentioned.

Hey, Connie.

I did a search (using ) for " over the knee " socks. I

remembered they were in style a few years ago. Remember when

stylish people were wearing them with miniskirts? The good news is

there are lots of very long socks out there. The bad news is the

search turned up lots of pervert sites, so you have to sort through

some junk to find the wholesome links. Ugh! Good luck.
