Aliael, You might try the Pea Protein powder by NOW foods, you can put cabbage

in it, some seasonings, and you have soup. I know it is off Protocol, It has 1

gram of Carb, 0 sugar, 28 grams of Protein. I am using it, also Bobs Red Mill

TVP, 1/4 cup rehydrated, with seasonings, put a Tbsp.inside a romaine lettuce

leaf and you have wraps. You can add tomatoes to the TVP & have chili. Or you

could make cabbage rolls with it. Since I do not eat meat I have had to look for

other forms of protein.
