Guest guest Posted August 27, 2011 Report Share Posted August 27, 2011 Aliael, You might try the Pea Protein powder by NOW foods, you can put cabbage in it, some seasonings, and you have soup. I know it is off Protocol, It has 1 gram of Carb, 0 sugar, 28 grams of Protein. I am using it, also Bobs Red Mill TVP, 1/4 cup rehydrated, with seasonings, put a Tbsp.inside a romaine lettuce leaf and you have wraps. You can add tomatoes to the TVP & have chili.
