what does the freeze dried look like?

This question sounds realy dumb, but here goes;

I received a package from all day chemist with two vials. One vial has the

liquid, the other that is supposed to contain freexe dried hcg appears to be

empty. There is a small light tan disk at the top of the hcg vial, is that the

freeze dried hcg? I can't tell if is a rubber part of the vial or the hcg and I

don't want to open the package until I am certain in case I need to return it.

On anther note I did receive the package in 8 days so shipping was fast, just

hope there is something in it.
