That is exactly what I wanted. I looked on the website yesterday but somehow missed it. Can't wait to get started again. I did BFL challenge last year and lost 8 pounds and lots of inches. Also believe there are some on hcgdietinfo.com stick to the allowed foods only!! 2 fruits per day: pick 2 different ones from this list: Apple orange strawberries 1 cup grapefruit veggies... Same as fruit serving.. No mixing 2 together though spinach lettuce any kind tomato celery onion chard beet greens anyone else remeber more? I don't have my book with me. meat 100 grams (3.5 oz) twice daily pick 1 for each meal but eat two different kinds per day chicken breast with fat removed at least 9% lean ground beef- no more than twice per week white fish... Tilapia, perch, ... Guest guest Posted July 8, 2009 Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 Yes two fruits, two veggies, two meats and 2 melba rounds or grissini breadsticks (or 1 melba and one grissini) per day. you can also have the juice of 1 lemon per day. Any spice is fine as long as it doesn't have added starch or sugar. Always check the labels. Try not to eat the same thing twice. You can eat 2 meals or spread it out. Do what works for you. Yes there are recipes (and I will share some soon) but she is more or less saying that its not that hard. you don't need a recipe. Pick a fruit (strawberries) and veggie (say celery sticks) and a meat ( say chicken). Grill or bake the meat and enjoy. You can use some salt and pepper, garlic salt, lemon pepper seasoning... Whatever, on anything as long as it doesn't have any added sugar or starches in the ingredient list. I try to eat my veggies raw for more bulk but you can cook them if you choose.
