Hello All,

I am so glad that I found this group. I got KT's book on Monday. I am

almost finished reading it. I don't think that I will be starting it

until August. My schedule is crazy and I have to plan out EVERYTHING>

I am planning to put together a menu for each stage to stick with. I

have found it very hard to follow any type of eating plan because I am

single mother of a young child who is in some type of extra curricular

activity almost every day of the week. We usually don't even get home

until 8:30 or after. If suggestions to help with my planning process

would be greatly appreciated.
