Thank you Jeni and andra for your support. Day 3 was a bit easier in terms of the urge to feel full. I'm so happy to be through my third day! I followed everything exactly except I added 1 tsp of cream into my coffee. In the original transcript it does permit it. I only did it for my first cup. I'm trying to enjoy every bite that I take. On Friday, I plan to add exercise in. I will write again tomorrow.
