I am planning on trying again with the hcg starting monday.

Last time I did shots 150 units/day and did the diet strict.

26 days and I only lost 6 lbs and STARVED and felt horrible all the time. lost more and felt better when I was TOTALLY FASTING!!!!! I finally stopped the hcg and cried.

I was told by someone that maybe it was my liver so I went online to delight medical dot com and purchased the vit b 12 with liprotrophics shots and have taken 1 shot a week for 12 weeks. I did not feel any different or lose wgt.

Any suggestions this time before I start. This time I am mixing the oral HCG per recipe on you tube with hcg I purchased from all day chemist.

MY best friend has lost 45 lbs and is doing well on her second round but drinks unsweeten ed tea all day to satisfy her hunger.

to the pink,blue,yellow pkts. It's normal to get a headache. You are detoxing. If you normally drink coffee and sugar and are not drinking it now. I suggest you have a cup daily and or tea not decaf. This will help with the headaches. Someone suggested that to me about a week after day 1. I wish I had known. You can take an aspirin for it. That's allowed. I am looking back through my journal notes. I had a headache a little bit hungry that was tolerable. NO cravings at all. I got severely constipated on day 5. Felt ill. I had to have a glycerin suppository. Take a cal.mag,pot supplement to prevent leg cramping. That's your body adjusting to the 10 glasses of water per day. That's a minimum. On 5th day I was a little tired. A MUST. To get ride of the toxins and fat from your body you must make sure you drink ALL the water. If not your body can't flush away the stuff. You will not loose the weight. You may loose quickly and your body will adjust to maybe

losing .2.4.6.8 lbs. REMEMBER you are still losing. It didn't take over night to gain it and it will not take overnight to lose it. You are heading in the right direction. Keep your goal in mind. As long as you are losing daily. You will hit plateaus where you have not cheated and you did everything right and not lose. Then you have an apple day where you eat 6 apples throughout the day and drink lots of water. I want to encourage you. Its exciting to literally see the fat melt off you. Get back into your skinny clothes. I have been losing very slowly the past week. I have lost 17 lbs in 23 days. Its better than I were I was before hcg. Be blessed.
