Guest guest Posted May 4, 2007 Report Share Posted May 4, 2007 112 I was hoping for some advise. I have been on the diet for 2.5 weeks weight loss is slow at 10 pounds. First week was great pound a day second week lost 1.5 pounds this week I started my period and have hit a platue again. I am just wondering if you could tell me exactly what you eat on a daily basis - maybe if I can try the same diet you are on I can begain to loose more. I will try anything. I have not cheated but I am so tempted when I don't see a result in so long. What are you eating & what are you not eating. I am so happy for your success - Keep up the great work.
