Guest guest
What an awesome response!!!! I agree with you and know that feeling of discouragement when your weight loss begins to dip, especially after you start out and are losing so well! I experience the same thing right now my loss ratio has dropped significantly but I continue to feel 'smaller and smaller'. Too bad I didnt take my measurements in the beginning just the weight on the scale (BIG mistake FYI for beginners take your body fat % and measurements before you start too). Thanks for the detailed insight / reminder! > > > > > > > No don't worry. You ARE burning fat and it will eventually show on the > scale IF you are following the Protocol without any deviations.
