I might also add that I have consumed Ostrich Meat every other day now for 12

days as a source to obtain my 200 grams of fat free protein and in addition I am

averaging a loss of 1.6 lbs per day now for 12 days and feel great. I am

weighing all meat uncooked using a postal scale. I bought a Food Network Steamer

for cooking Vegetables, Fish, and Shrimp.

I also included B12 injections that are NOT written within the protocol but work

great for energy and metabolism boost. In addition, I am drinking Organic Green

tea 3-4 cups per day, and also add in a daily threelac pro biotic.

I believe some people enter the protocol with an over growth of candida within

their digestive tract and when the die-off begins due to the diet changes, the

craving for sugar and starch are over whelming for these individuals and failure

occurs.

Anyone considering doing the protocol, for this reason should seriously consider

some of the cleansing of KT's Phase 1 additions. I personally did alternating

Coffee and Epsom Salt enemas every three days for 1 month before I started

injections, along with THREELAC for Candida. I have also not used

chlorinated/fluoridated unfiltered tap water for drinking now for over 2 1/2

months.

diatribes that Ostrich Meat would NOT be allowed per the protocol.
