My appetite really varies, but I have noticed since I've been getting

my fats in and my 2 servings of veggies plus a salad, my appetite has

decreased. You could possibly go for longer laster carbs like

oatmeal, beans, lentils etc. on the days you are hungry, but your

menu looks pretty good as is.

I deal with this even now in the 2nd week of phase 3 too but the first week I

started looking into the calories of everything i was eating & noticed I was not

eating enough. I was hungry & I was gaining...(2 steak days in 1st week) &

couldn't figure out how that was possible because I eat more now then i did

before i started the diet.

Make sure your eating at least 1500 calories & then evaluate what you can do

different if it's too high. Or it's possible you need higher daily cal intake

they say 1500-1700 (but 1500 is minimum for everyone)

Also since i have been making sure i get the minimum 1500 calories I have been

losing weight & i'm not hungry.

i would eat pretty low carb for now and add one starch at a time.

How exactly do I go about counting my calories??? I dont know how many calories an apple has. Or how many calories worth of protein or vegetables I eat. Or how many calories worth of almonds I eat. This is my second day and I am very hungry. So I had about 4 cups of lettuce, a

huge bowl with vinegar sweetened with stevia I had it with my breadstick. I will

wait another hour then have my eggs. I am having an apple later, I am finding I

do better if I spread my food out I am fine in the morning. The thing that has

kept me today is looking in the mirror, also I was 4# lighter this morning.
