I've done that in the past. Thanks for the reminder. Ann
Guest guest
ann: I am very happy for you that you have found a doc who listened and was compassionate!!!!! The plan you are attempting sounds very reasonable and I think the idea of checking in with the doc every month is excellent. We are all rooting for you! Guest guest
I'm just completing Day 2. Had a GREAT UBWO today, and have been eating clean. I've decided thatr instead of looking long term, I plan to take everything day by day. It simplifies it for me. My goal when I wake up every morning is to simply make it through TODAY with a stellar workout, and clean eating. I will deal with tomorrow, well...tomorrow. Liz > > I've had a marvelous day one. Guest guest
That is wonderful Liz! And that's a great way to think about this....to wake up and just worry about today. The thought of doing this every day for 12 whole weeks sometimes scares me and I start to doubt if I can even do it. But I'll start thinking of it as a daily task....that seems easier somehow. Great job! Christie episcojew <no_reply > wrote: I'm just completing Day 2. Had a GREAT UBWO today, and have been eating clean. Guest guest
Thanks. I think this new mindset will help me achieve my goals again without as many pitfalls. Worrying about JUST the day I am living in. I can't control tomorrow, but today, I can. Liz > > > > > > I've had a marvelous day one. Guest guest
I screwed up the food today, and was ready to ditch the workout too, because my day wasn't ''perfect''. PLANNING IS EVERYTHING!! Anyway, I had a great LBWO. I like doing squats! For my 4th set, I was using the bar on the machine (how much does that weigh?) plus 30lbs. in plates. I'm lying on the couch now, sore as hell, but it feels good! deb
