Guest guest Posted December 29, 2007 Report Share Posted December 29, 2007 After reviewing some of the hcg recipes I noticed that they will often call for 100 grams (about 1 cup) of a vegetable or 1 tomato. I have been using 2 or so cups of cabbage and 2 tomatoes with my meal. I am always under the 500 calories allowed, but sometimes do not eat the second fruit. Since this is only my second week and I gained 2 lbs. I am questioning my methods. I am also not hungry but I loaded until I felt sick. I thought I knew what I was doing but am doubting myself today.
