I am guessing it's totally normal to feel uneasy, anxiety type of feelings the

first few days? I am seeing just how much and how often I would eat for so many

reasons other than hunger.

I have not cheated and I intend fully on doing this. I do need to find a hobby

pretty quick.

Still wondering if we should weigh out vege's? I have searched and searched.

Found that cucumbers you can at least eat more of since they are low call and

mostly water!

Is there anything I can use at home for a lotion, I can't run and buy things as

much as I'd like to!
