Hey everyone,

I'm new to this community. I'm starting low calorie day 5 and so far am down

8#s!! My clothes are starting to feel loose and I feel a difference overall.

So far it's been pretty easy. I'm starting to get a little bored with food,

anyone have any good suggestions where to find recipes? Any other suggestions

on ways to get plugged in to the support here? Looking to make some weight loss

buddies so we can help push each other through this, share our miles stones, and

offer encouragement.

My over all goals are - to lose a total of about 108#s. I started at 248.8 (new

I had to do something before I reached the 250 point!) and am currently at

240.6. I'd love to be around 140 as my final goal. Short term goals, would

love to lose at least 30# on the first round, not sure if this is realistic but

I'm going to shoot high anyways, I'd love to be down 60# by Feb 1 (we're taking

a little trip in Feb.)

So far I haven't cheated at all, I've planned ahead and brought my meals with me

anywhere I've had to go. I'm " planning " two days that I'm going to allow myself

to eat off plan (within reason) in the upcoming months - my niece is getting

married on Dec 3 and then my husbands work holiday party. Other than that, I

plan to stick to this 100% even through the holidays!!

My 7 year old son has been saying this week that he doesn't like the changes

I've started going through this week (i.e., he wanted to make cookies and I've

told him that we don't need to have cookies in the house because they're not

good for any of us, same thing with soda.)

Other than that, I just really look forward to meeting some people. Let me know

how this community works!

Have a great day!!

Lol! You have to remember that the kids aren't on a diet, I am in p3 because I

too got bored with the food. Your goals are realistic if you stick to protocol.

Good luck, your doing great!
