Guest guest Posted April 21, 2007 Report Share Posted April 21, 2007 I have created a weight loss journal for all the members. To access it click on " Database " on the top left of the page. This will bring up three tables. The first one is for the first 6 week program, the second for those doing a 2nd 6 week program, and the third for those doing a 3rd 6 week program. I can create another if anyone wishes. Just click on " Weight Loss Journal " , then go to the top of the page and click on " Add Record " . This gives you access to put in your information---if you chose to. When you're done, then click on " Add Record " at the bottom of the page. Once you do this then your information will show up in the table for all to see. If you want to delete your file, or change anything, or add anything, all you have to do is click on " Edit " or " Delete " in the table to the right of your name. I have added my name and goal weight. As I haven't started yet, I don't know my starting weight. I have finished a cleanse but I am having to wait before I can start the program. I have lost 3.5 lbs in the last 5 days just eating properly. So once I start I will then put in the rest of my info. Everyone is welcome to join us in the table. Don't feel you have to if you are uncomfortable with that. This forum is meant as a place of support and encouragement. Please feel free to share your experiences or information you may have found. Ask any questions you like and we will try to answer them. Remember we are not doctors so if you are in any way concerned we encourage you to consult a physician.
