Guest guest
Don't cut out any meals, make them smaller. The idea of having small regular meals is almost the " heart " of BFL, if you like. It's better to reduce your portions than cut any of them out. Make up only half a shake, have fruit instead of a " sticking " carb like oatmeal or brown rice, have a smaller piece of chicken. You'll probably find a happy level again fairly quickly, or one day soon your appetite will come back with a vengeance! Keep feeding those muscles, but you shouldn't have to " force " food down. That's not nice either. HOpe that helps. Phoenix PS, could you be coming down with a cold or something? (sorry, hate to suggest it, but that is the only time I ever lose my appetite). Guest guest
Just a guess here, but I would be looking at some kind of emotional trauma. Any chance he has been abused? I now that is not an easy question to ask, but that's what popped into my mind. Does he go to Daycare? Has he been examined for abuse? If this is the case, lots of doctors poking and prodding at him will just exacerbate the problem. I'd put the boy in therapy before I went cutting on him. Best of luck! Guest guest
His family is so great....however, you never know these days. As for daycare..his mother stays at home. I hope it isn't this...that would be terrible. Oh well -- Re: not hungry Just a guess here, but I would be looking at some kind of emotional trauma. Any chance he has been abused? Guest guest
I had problems again today with hunger, but I have it figured out. I feel just fine when I do the 150IU instead of 200IU. So I am going to switch to that for my two daytime doses, I am going to stay with 200IU at night. The night has to last longer. Or at least I will give it a try.
