Guest guest Posted May 5, 2007 Report Share Posted May 5, 2007 Hello fellow dieters, I have been on the HCG protocol (KTs) fo 14 days now. I have lost 8 pounds. This seems way too low. During the middle of last week, I became ravenous for carbs, and actually weak feeling. I totally gave in and ate very poorly. Even when strict on the protocol, I am not seeing the pound per day. I bought my Pregnyl online and mixed 10,000 UI, loaded syringes and put into the refridgerator about 16 days ago. I had read it lasts up to 60 days in the fridge. I follow KTs protocol (except one days last week, oops). Two strange things, in addition to the low numbers, last week I got my hair dyed, the next day I gained a pound. Since my backslide, I gained .5 and then .6 pounds each day. I eat the two apples or 1/2 grapefruit, 3.5 oz (100 g) beef or chicken, two handfuls of tomatoes, asparagus, romaine lettuce, celery per day. I drink the Oolong and Yerba Mate teas, but did not pick up chamomille yet. I drink between 64 and 128 oz of filtered water in addition to the teas. I don't use creams on my skin. I do use a alcohol based toner -- since it has no oil based products. I wanted to do the full 45 days, but I am just not seeing the pounds and may need to break into two 25 day courses.
