Hello HCGers,At day 29, I've lost 20 pounds. This past week I've had some set backs. I didn't cheat, but I ended up gaining weight a couple of days. I had a goal of losing 30 pounds on Round 2, but it looks like I may end up losing 25 pounds instead. Let's face it, that is still a good number considering in the past it has taken me 4 - 5 months to lose 25 pounds!Last week, I sick of stalling and seeing zeros, so I decided to do an apple day. Wow, I lost 2.5 pounds, but ended up gaining it all back. There were three factors at work here: On the apple day, I didn't drink much water (Dr. S says to drink only when thirsty), the day after my apple day, I ate some dill pickles, which have a lot of sodium in them (Duh,what was I thinking?). I've never had problems with salt before so didn't think I would

have one and went ahead. I'll have to leave pickles alone until after protocol:) I also am right in the middle of my PMS symptoms which are pretty severe each month. I think the apple day doesn't do anything to eliminate fat, just water, which is not really a true reading. Apple day is psychological for me, although I do think it works for some people.I'm at day 29 of VCD and I only have 6 more days of shots to do and 8 more days of the VLCD to complete. I'm not doing the whole 40 days because I didn't get enough hcg shots out of my vials (had some trouble with calculations in the beginning). That's my progress this week. I hope all of you are hanging in there.I will be doing another Round 2 at the beginning of Ocotober, is there anyone out there that will need a buddy in October? As much as I want to start the protocol sooner, I think I would setting myself up for failure trying to do it while I
