Guest guest
Thank you for sharing. I look forward to following your progress. Good Luck! > > I'm thru my second day and moving onto my third. I wouldn't say that I've been hungry, but longed for food. I know that is more emotional than physical. I want to encourage everyone who is doing this diet. I have lost weight before, but gained some back, so decided to nip this in the bud...ok in the full bloom...and go for a round to get down to my ideal weight. I have 40 lbs to lose. I think I struggled to do this again because it meant facing the fact that I had gained weight back. I had lost 60lbs before thru doing two rounds. I have gained 20 back. Additionally, might as well bear my soul, I had lost 20 lbs prior to HCG so at the end of the total weight loss, I had surgery to remove lose skin. So, imagine that I've let myself down after all of my work and actually all of the money I spent to have a better figure. > I ask for your encouragement. I choose to accept where I am now rather than continue to be in denial that I had gained the weight and let myself down. So, I am happy that I did well, followed the program exactly, not even a little cheat with cream in my coffee, and its been 48 hours! Just sharing this with you is somehow making me feel lighter! > Blessings to you all and believe me this program works. I struggled for years and years to lose weight, and this is what really really worked. I will pray for many blessings to come your way, my fellow HCGers! > >
