If you cheat you will gain weight. You just have to revert back to the diet asap and for every day you cheat it may take 2 days to lose what you gain. I am not sure if dropping one of the meals will make any difference but it might help. I was not hungry after 2-3 days so I only cheated because I had to go to dinner with customers for 4 days in a row. Are you drinking the Yerba Mate tea in the morning 3-4 cups and drinking the Oolong tea after each meal? Those do help a lot. Guest guest
Hi Lynda G., Thanks for the response. I drink Yerba Mate but only one or two cups a day. I also drink the Wu Long, which I only have one cup in the morning. I also drink a cup of green tea, and a cup of chamomile at night. All that plus half a gallon of water, you'd think I'd be too full to be cheating=) Old (bad) habits are hard to break. I'm already thinking of what I can eat during Phase 3. Are you there yet? and if so, what are some of the things you can eat during that phase? you know, besides starches and sugars--which are, ofcourse, my faves. It's gonna be hard to stay away from bread and spaghetti, and chocolate!!! Good luck in what phase you are in, Karina
