It's the big LOOPHOLE currently in the U.S. that allows you to purchase

non-controlled substances that would normally require a prescription

(like the Viagra and Cialias I get from a similar site ).

No worrys though - the HCG comes in sterile sealed bottles - although

they are not ampules but rather small vials - I typically insert 2ml of

BW directly into the vial for my dosing - since this results in an

extremely small daily dose (about .08 ml for 200iu) I usually added

another 1 ml of BW after I have pulled from the vial - this allows to

minimize the amount of HCG lost through the tip of the syringe.

This saves on additional costs and mixing procedure trying to transfer

from ampules to other sterile vials which I find a hassle. I have used

this site for 2 years now.
