Guest guest
I do have a Target here, but it's not a Super Target. They have a small grocery section, but no grapefruit We have an HEB that surprisingly has quite a selection of organic foods (no grapefruit). ~jenni [sPAM] Re: little bit of everything... -Do you have a Target close to you? They have had organic grapefruit in bags at every Target store that I have been to lately. They also have organic beef and chicken at less cost than Whole Foods and they are closer to my house than whole Foods.-- In , "Jenni Fowler" <flapink@...> wrote:>> Wow! In the process I found qnlabs.com (from KT's Book). On the main page at the top there is a link to products for Phases I and II...I decided that I would buy most of my things from there. Today, I got it all in and a couple of other things that I had already ordered from other places...and guess what?!? I am sooooo confused! No wonder I wont be hungry! If I take all of these pills and will be stuffed! At least my insides will sparkle, cause I think I just got 3 different colon cleanses Has anyone ordered off of this list? > > Also, I went on a trip to our local Whole Foods store. I found most of the things that I will need, but the fruit was, well...funky. I also looked at the grocery store and found organic fruit, but all of the apples are rather wrinkly and organic grapefruit is nowhere to be found. I can choke down a few fugly apples, but what about the absent grapefruit? I found organic pure grapefruit juice..can I drink that instead? I know KT says no bottled, boxed, canned ...but what if we can't find anything else??? I read the label and it lists grapefruit as the only ingredient. Will that be ok until I find some fresh fruit? > > My parents have been taking both cinnamon and peppers for quite a while so I asked her about them on this diet. She buys most of her herbs and things from an organic co-op, and told me that I can buy both cinnamon and chili peppers (dried) in bulk. She also buys empty capsules and fills them herself. Would this be ok on this diet as long as I make sure that the caps are vegetable? I am a big weenie when it comes to hot foods, so if this will work I will add to the ever growing mound of pills to take each day! > > Now onto HCG... I have contacted GHI about getting started...but I am beginning to think I can do this on my own. At first I was afraid to do it without a prescription, but after reading here and a few other sites I am finding out that a lot of others are flying solo as well. Is this a good idea? I have read all of the files here and numerous others and I am confident on how much and what to buy...so is it really ok for me to go it alone, without a doctor? I am not someone that runs to the doctor with every little ache and pain, so I have no trouble with that part...all I am worried about is the legalities of it. > > Thanks again to everyone on this list...you are all an inspiration to me!!> > ~jenni>
Guest guest
Lynda, I found the same thing here. I also found Bison meat...no hormones and grain fed. I have never had Buffalo before, but I bought 1 pkg just to try...we will see. ~jenni [sPAM] Re: little bit of everything... Mine here in Texas only has "grain fed & No Hormones" which is better but not the same as organic. Unfortunatley, mine does not carry any organic meat. They are carrying a few organic fruits. It's a start. Sounds like each location is different. > >> > Wow! I just read a little over 200 posts!! You guys are awesome, I > am so glad I found this group!
