Hi I just thought I would take a moment to say hi and tell you to hang in there with the hcg. I am 53 yrs old. Female. I started hcg at 296.5 lbs and I am now in the 260's. HCG works. I cyle with hcg. I have a tough time sticking for the 30 or 40 day lengths so I cyle.

1 Version:

2 weeks of P2: day 1 is your first injection and load day followed by 13 days of VLCD (very low calorie day) (day 1 to 14). Continue VLCD (500 calories) for the next 72 hours. (days 15 to 18). Then 4 days of P3 (days 19 to 21). The cyle back to P2.

2 Version:

21 to 23 days of injections (load days are day 1 and 2) followed by 3 days of VLCD with NO hcg injections. Total of 14 days of P3 (3 days of VLCD and no hcg are included in this 14 days). If you cyle back to P2 within 14 days of last injection you do not do any load days. More than 14 days of no injections you would load.

Anyway, don't give up on yourself. I like the saying, 'Dieting is hard. Being fat is hard. Pick your hard.'. HCG is not for the weak but it is certainly worth it. I look and feel 100% better than before I heard about hcg.

Well I think you should try again! You really have to load load load on those days...Eat non-stop and eat fattening whatever. I weighed 283 when I started, I am 5'9 and a woman. Before my loading days I weighed 278. I am down 40lbs on Phase 1 44 days. I know it is weird. I eat soup, it really fills me up. If you use a cup of broth and a couple cups of water, you are good to go. I ad my protein in the broth and put cabbage in with it, or I make taco soup which is great, and I make an obviously generic version of chili. Use the spices, it really makes a difference. Now for salad dressing this is what I do, I use 2/3 cup red wine vinegar, or Apple cider vinegar, I use 2 shakes of worchestershire sauce, a shake of low sodium soy sauce, I ad pepper flakes, garlic powder, a shake of pepper, and I use cajun seasoning about 1/4 teaspooon then I ad either dry mustard, 2 tspsn or one tspn of dijon mustard, I also ad one pack of splenda or stevia. I shake it up in a container and put in fridge for a few minutes. It is really yummy and all that stuff is no calorie except for the tspn of dijon mustard it is 5 calories. It makes about 4 servings of dressing. You can also use it marinade your meat. I hate vinegar, but I really love this stuff...I hope you try it. >> Can't really tell u much be cuz I gave up. I ate salad a couple of days, made my own dressing, no sugar, no oils and it was excellent, but I was wondering if that did it, but only ate 2 salads this week.
