I found out I am gluten sensitive and dairy sensitive, if you gain weight rapidly on a certain food you will find out that you are sensitive, this is after your first three weeks of no sugar no starch,, then add it stuff one at a time.. any questions plz feel free to ask,, I am at ptrck572@... put hcg diet in the header I have been on and off this for 2 years, down 90 pounds..
