I felt like eating these small portions and starving was not worth it. I was very depressed and disappointed. Can u call me please 678 471-7088? Well I think you should try again! You really have to load load load on those days...Eat non-stop and eat fattening whatever. I weighed 283 when I started, I am 5'9 and a woman. Before my loading days I weighed 278. I am down 40lbs on Phase 1 44 days. I know it is weird. I eat soup, it really fills me up. If you use a cup of broth and a couple cups of water, you are good to go. I ad my protein in the broth and put cabbage in with it, or I make taco soup which is great, and I make an obviously generic version of chili. Use the spices, it really makes a difference. Now for salad dressing this is what I do, I use 2/3 cup red wine vinegar, or Apple cider vinegar, I use 2 shakes of worchestershire sauce, a shake of low sodium soy sauce, I ad pepper flakes, garlic powder, a shake of pepper, and I use cajun seasoning about 1/4 teaspooon then I ad either dry mustard, 2 tspsn or one tspn of dijon mustard, I also ad one pack of splenda or stevia. I shake it up in a container and put in fridge for a few minutes. It is really yummy and all that stuff is no calorie except for the tspn of dijon mustard it is 5 calories. It makes about 4 servings of dressing. You can also use it marinade your meat. I hate vinegar, but I really love this stuff...I hope you try it. >> Can't really tell u much be cuz I gave up. I have lost 40lbs, haven't lost a thing in 4 days, which is discouraging. I am getting 2 litres of water in per day. I am not cheating and I am not eating red meat. I even tried to eat eggs the last couple of days for lunch to change things up. I ate salad a couple of days, made my own dressing, no sugar, no oils and it was excellent, but I was wondering if that did it, but only ate 2 salads this week. I have now done two rounds and experienced no hunger or cravings on the second and very little hunger on the second. The more advance your candida overgrowth the worse the hunger and cravings will be. The more candida you have the slower the loss will be. I lost 23 pounds in 43 days on my first round which was very discouraging, but I lost a lot of inches (this kept me going). If you have problems with candida it might be worth it to do a cleanse before you gorge or anything else HCG related.
