Help on my diet with HCG

I LOVE to eat...this is how my diet usually looks...wake up have a scoop of

protein with a bowl of bran flakes bananas and cut up almonds with fat free

milk...Lunch i will have 6 egg whites with some type of protein in it like fish

or chicken, with mixed vegitables. Dinner would be a salad with chicken boiled

egg whites croutons and vegetables. maybe a protein bar in between all this and

at night i would end with the same thing i had for breakfast... so not too high

in carbs or fats at all, and of course in between this I do go to the gym and

have intense workouts...however, i still have fat and cant see my abs which i

have been trying to for years...I was wondering, can i keep the same diet while

on HCG and see good results?
