Hello Everyone,

There are no words to tell you how much I have missed all of you. I have

tried to read a few of the messages since I reached my destination but it

will take a few days since I had over 1000 waiting for me the first time

I turned the computer on. Wowee! Now each time I turn on the computer

more come in, but I will get to them all in time. Meanwhile you all know

that my heart and good thoughts are with each of you.

Congratulations !!!! We have a new Life Lift baby!!!! I am so

excited. I was looking for that news so I scanned through until I could

see it.

Karma, Sweet one, I have gone in to the breathers list and tried to fix

you there. Is it working now????? I hope so. I would NEVER want you of

all people to be left out. By the way I have been eating those great

Access bars every day to try to keep my energy up. I know they have

helped. I am about done in though. I LOVE the peanut butter taste.

Yummy!!!

I have been thanking God each and every day for my daughter Amber and my

son, Van. Without them I would never have been able to make this move. My

husband is knee deep in San Francisco taking tests so he couldn't help at

all. My baby girl came to my rescue. I saw the message she sent to Sweet

Liz about the Walkie Talkies. I admit it. I am addicted. We were all in

different vehicles so it saved us so much hassle and frankly it was just

plain fun to be able to talk to them that way.

I have a couple of weeks of unpacking to do now, but it will be much

easier than the packing.

I am on dial-up now so be patient with me. It takes what seems like

forever to get on line. But....YOU ARE ALL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!

Love and hugs to all of you,

Rashelle

Hello Everyone,

Hello Everyone,

I am so happy to be back home.

Even though I was only away a few weeks, it seems much longer and I missed all

of you.

While I was gone my computer was acting up so I could read messages, but not

return them. I was so busy I did not read the message boards at all, but I hope

you are all well and happy.

Many interesting things going on.

We have opened the new Health Center in Salt Lake City. It is called A Slimmer

You with Life Lift.

It looks great. We will carry all of your favorite products there and we have

lots of plans to add more as we go. Right now we will offer in Salon Herbal Body

Wraps (They are a big hit already) and before long we will offer special

training to help those who visit get the most from Life Lift as well as the

Herbal Body Wraps, both in Salon and the take home packages. I have added

several new Herbal Body Wrap packages. Some smaller ones to help you test them

and some with additional products. I am adding all the new packages to the web

sites that we will offer in the Salon. You will love them!

Right now they are only available at www.oxygenlift.net but they will be

available on all the web sites soon.

When I am in Salt Lake in the future I will be teaching classes so for those

of you who asked, the times will be limited but I do plan to offer specialized

classes that will offer a workshop as well as the Life Lift training.

I have been getting regular updates from and Fairlie in Canada. They

are the couple who I have highlighted on the oxygenlift web site.I get so

excited every time I hear great news from one of you. Please keep those messages

coming. I love them! They keep me inspired and motivated all the time.

Right now I have someone working on a brand new web site that will be almost

nothing but photos and testimonials so if you have before and after photos, or

even just photos of you now along with a great testimonial I would love to

highlight YOU on the new web site.

I hope you are all doing well, taking good care of yourselves and doing

positive things and thinking positive thoughts. Remember that you are creating

your future in your mind so keep those thoughts positive. Positive thoughts

create a positive life.

I will be home for a few more days and then I am off again.I will be thinking

of you and sending you my own positive thoughts.

Take good care,

Rashelle

while I am typing at the computer so I actually consider my work at

the computer a pleasure to look forward to since I know I will

always get some LifeLift breaths in. I find it clears my head and

keeps me energized and focused. I actually put my commuter/computer

audio CD in the background to keep me focused on doing the breaths

feed my mind positive thoughts. I believe that positive thoughts

were weak and frail I did not allow myself to be satisfied with what

could have been permanent weakness. I allowed my mind to rebuild my

to be a part of the healing process. I then took the steps needed to

change what was into what I wanted my life to be.

me to stay in shape than it is for most people. I find that the

simple action of doing LifeLift each day is keeping me in the kind

of shape I want to be in and it feels like the older I get the more

I realize how much of a gift I have given myself by taking those

first steps toward letting go of the negative and embracing the

positive things I wanted for myself.

Hello dear friend! Welcome back! You've been missed and have been heavily

on my mind as I'm sure others have felt the same way. I've been worried

about you, but knew that God was holding you in the palm of His dear and

loving hand while you weathered this storm in life.

You know, as I read your sweet message it reminded me of some thoughts I've

had lately. I was wondering how in the world we could teach people in

nursing homes and retirement homes the LL breath. There are so many things

they can't do as they get older but you know, even if I lost my mobility, I

would always be able to do LifeLift. I remember grinning in the shower and

thinking " No one can take this away from me! " What an incredible gift to be

able to give others who are bedridden but I haven't a clue how to even

start. So many medical people are so set in their ways. Anyhow, your

message just validates what I have been thinking about lately. So thank you

dear friend for once again " reading my mind " and encouraging me :)

love you sweetie!

a long time ago when I realized that it just feels really good to

just keep doing them every time I think about it. I always do some

while I am typing at the computer so I actually consider my work at

the computer a pleasure to look forward to since I know I will

always get some LifeLift breaths in. I find it clears my head and

keeps me energized and focused. I actually put my commuter/computer

audio CD in the background to keep me focused on doing the breaths

while I type.

Rashelle,

You are so welcome. I treasure your friendship and respect your thoughts and

work. I am so very happy to help others if I can.

I try very hard to follow my Angel's guidances.

Know always that you and your family are always lifted in prayer by me.

Even though I don't post, I read the list. :-)

Karma

Hello Everyone,

BlankHello Everyone,

First of all I would like to say thank you to all of you beautiful, generous

women who have sent messages of support for the loss of my precious

Father-in-law.

This past few weeks were tough, but they were made so much easier because of

all of you.

I appreciated the personal messages of support and they have helped to lift me

out of the place I have been hiding the past few weeks.

I woke up this morning and decided it was time to come back. I knew that if I

read your messages here that I would feel better. I knew without question that I

would find a great deal to make me feel high and happy again. I was so right. I

have tears in my eyes as I type this message.

You are truly the most incredible bunch of women I have ever encountered. I

saw one message from Deb asking a question and a whole thread of messages that

came after to encourage her and to support her. I saw messages back and forth

between many of you simply taking the time to lift and inspire each other up in

a way that gave me chills. Your messages clearly come straight from your hearts.

Karma, wonderful Karma. I can't begin to tell you how much I love seeing you

back here with us. You have and always will be an amazing source of support for

so many. You have a way of creating understanding for those who are searching

for answers. I truly appreciate you for sharing some of my past posts. For one

thing it makes me feel like the time I spend writing really means something to

someone and it also helps me remember how important it is for all of us to help

when we can. We never really know how much it may change things for someone

reading that message.

Wanda, dear, sweet Wanda. How can I say thank you enough for all you do. I

knew when I asked you to share with our list that I had lost my Dad that you

would present it in a way that I would feel comfortable and good about. I just

wanted everyone to understand why I was going to be absent for awhile and you

conveyed that message perfectly.

Jenni. Sweet, beautiful Jenni. I have loved seeing your messages again. I

truly missed you when you were gone. You have such a loving way of presenting

information. Your conviction and your loyalty always show up in your messages.

, I am so sorry to hear about your accident. It may help if you apply

gentle pressure to the injured area while doing some LifeLift breaths. I am

sending you positive thoughts so that you will heal completely and soon.

I miss our Virginia. Sweet Virginia, you keep popping into my head and I keep

thinking how much I miss your wonderful writing when you are gone. You are such

an important part of our group.

Welcome back, Pat. I am sure that everyone missed your uplifting messages. You

are the official LifeLift cheerleader so you are certainly missed when you are

not here.

Dearest Melinda, I am so thrilled to hear the good news about your Mom and

your Aunt recovering and getting better day by day. It really made me feel good

when I read that.

Deb, welcome to our group. It is wonderful to see all of the posts that your

question and commitment generated. You will fit in well with everyone here. I

can tell easily by your post that you have a great enthusiastic spirit.

Dearest Connie, Your family is still in my prayers and you will all remain

there. I am so happy to know that using the Reflexology tape before bedtime is

helping you relax. Anything you can do to nurture yourself is important at this

time.

I loved your message where you wrote " I have been doing it for a few years too

and after awhile it becomes second nature " Doing LifeLift is so easy and it

feels so good that it really does become second nature to do it daily. I stopped

counting my LifeLift breaths a long time ago when I realized that it just feels

me focused on doing the breaths while I type.

Molly, You are a doll. Your suggestion to do the cat pose for Liz is a great

one. I am not at all surprised since I have come to expect good ideas always

filled with genuine caring from you.

C and R, you are both on my mind. Thinking of both of you and

sending you lots of love.

Sweet Liz, it is always so great to see a post from you. The position I like

best for the back area is the one where you are in a standing pelvic tilt and

you pull your elbows forward while holding on to your waistline. It really gives

a great pull to your whole back as well as your arms.

CC. There are no words to describe how much I love reading your messages. You

are too wonderful for words. I love all of your messages but this one really

made me grin " Yes, Deb, there IS a " Santa Claus " <:-) and LL is nothing short of

had gotten too tight & now it fits just FINE thanks to LL alone !!! " Thanks so

much for sharing LifeLift with your friend, Bunny. Please tell her I am so happy

for her success and most of all for having such a great friend in you.

To everyone reading this message my wish for you today is that all of your

positive wishes come true. Don't waste your time imaging negative things to

Dearest Sweet Rashelle,

I am still here although I have been lurking most of

the time. I have not been feeling well and have spent

a lot less time at the computer.

I have sent a poem that was in our local newspaper

written by a young man of 21 (I think that is what I

was told) He is one of 3 sons of a local woman. At

least two of her children are serving in this war.

It breaks my heart when I know that some people have

caused hurt to our service people, as if their

job/duty wasn't strenuous enough already.

A friend and I continue to pray for those we know that

are in the military and my friend continues to write

to those that God has laid on her heart to correspond

with. She has done it enough to know not to expect a

return mail from them. It is the exception rather

than the rule. As the poem conveys what can they

write about that would not take them down further and

us who are state-side would really understand what

they are going through.

It is not the typical thing that I write about but I

feel it is necessary for us to hear so we might

understand a little better what our military service

persons go through.

Sweet Rashelle, When you are here with us you brighten the board.

Thank YOU for all you do for us. Love, Connie

>

> BlankHello Everyone,

>

> First of all I would like to say thank you to all of you beautiful,

generous women who have sent messages of support for the loss of my

precious Father-in-law.

> This past few weeks were tough, but they were made so much easier

because of all of you.

>

> I appreciated the personal messages of support and they have helped

to lift me out of the place I have been hiding the past few weeks.

>

> I woke up this morning and decided it was time to come back. I knew

that if I read your messages here that I would feel better. I knew

without question that I would find a great deal to make me feel high

and happy again. I was so right. I have tears in my eyes as I type

this message.

>

> You are truly the most incredible bunch of women I have ever

encountered. I saw one message from Deb asking a question and a whole

thread of messages that came after to encourage her and to support

her. I saw messages back and forth between many of you simply taking

the time to lift and inspire each other up in a way that gave me

chills. Your messages clearly come straight from your hearts.

>

> Karma, wonderful Karma. I can't begin to tell you how much I love

seeing you back here with us. You have and always will be an amazing

source of support for so many. You have a way of creating

understanding for those who are searching for answers. I truly

appreciate you for sharing some of my past posts. For one thing it

makes me feel like the time I spend writing really means something to

someone and it also helps me remember how important it is for all of

us to help when we can. We never really know how much it may change

things for someone reading that message.

>

> Wanda, dear, sweet Wanda. How can I say thank you enough for all

you do. I knew when I asked you to share with our list that I had

lost my Dad that you would present it in a way that I would feel

comfortable and good about. I just wanted everyone to understand why

I was going to be absent for awhile and you conveyed that message

perfectly.

>

> Jenni. Sweet, beautiful Jenni. I have loved seeing your messages

again. I truly missed you when you were gone. You have such a loving

way of presenting information. Your conviction and your loyalty

always show up in your messages.

>

> , I am so sorry to hear about your accident. It may help if

you apply gentle pressure to the injured area while doing some

LifeLift breaths. I am sending you positive thoughts so that you will

heal completely and soon.

>

> I miss our Virginia. Sweet Virginia, you keep popping into my head

and I keep thinking how much I miss your wonderful writing when you

are gone. You are such an important part of our group.

>

> Welcome back, Pat. I am sure that everyone missed your uplifting

messages. You are the official LifeLift cheerleader so you are

certainly missed when you are not here.

>

> Dearest Melinda, I am so thrilled to hear the good news about your

Mom and your Aunt recovering and getting better day by day. It really

made me feel good when I read that.

>

> Deb, welcome to our group. It is wonderful to see all of the posts

that your question and commitment generated. You will fit in well

with everyone here. I can tell easily by your post that you have a

great enthusiastic spirit.

>

> Dearest Connie, Your family is still in my prayers and you will all

remain there. I am so happy to know that using the Reflexology tape

before bedtime is helping you relax. Anything you can do to nurture

yourself is important at this time.

> I loved your message where you wrote " I have been doing it for a

few years too and after awhile it becomes second nature " Doing

LifeLift is so easy and it feels so good that it really does become

second nature to do it daily. I stopped counting my LifeLift breaths

a long time ago when I realized that it just feels really good to

just keep doing them every time I think about it. I always do some

while I am typing at the computer so I actually consider my work at

the computer a pleasure to look forward to since I know I will always

get some LifeLift breaths in. I find it clears my head and keeps me

energized and focused. I actually put my commuter/computer audio CD

in the background to keep me focused on doing the breaths while I

type.

>

Hi Rashelle,

is right. You are a true Christian and a wonderful friend to all of us!!!

That is something that I always thank God for. You know what it means to be a

Christian, while many people who claim to be Christians are really not

Christians at all, at least not by their behavior. It is an honor and a true

blessing for me to know you, my sweet, sweet, darling friend. I mean that from

the bottom of my heart!!!

Love always,

Pat

Hi Maggie-

When I lived in New York, my favorite places to buy oils and essences were:

Aphrodisia (264 Bleecker St) and Enfleurage (321 Bleecker St). Though there must

be plenty of new shops too...

Best,

I am new to the group and really interested in the HCG Diet. I currently weigh

210 and my goal weight is 110. I an appointment on Saturday at a weight loss

clinic. They charge $160 for evaluation and 35.50 a week for HCG treatment. Is

that expensive? I do not know where to begin if I do it alone that's why I join

this group. I am glad to see you all so successful in this group. Thanks and God

bless you!

Go to You Tube and type in hcg protocol and view several of the videos. I am particularly impressed by a person called mamaclok. I think you can just type in the youtube search mamaclok. She has several videos on how to make the sublingual drops your self and where to order everything. You might need to do the MD route if you have health problems other than obesity.

First of all, congratulations for finding this group. You will find all the support, advice, and recommendations that you would ever need in your pursuit of losing the 100 lbs you are shooting for.

First things first. The advice here is not from medical professionals and so should be viewed as lay, and anectdotal. This does not mean that the information isn't valid, but if you have underlying health issues, you might at least consider getting a physician to do an evaluation to see if you are up for a diet like this.

As to the actual cost of the diet, many of the people here have ordered their hcg from Drug Delvery in Canada and the supplies to administer the hcg from Tim at http://www.hcgprotocol.com/. His site is very informative as well. In my particular case, I obtained the hcg and supplies from a pharmacy here in Salt Lake City via prescription from a local doctor. My cost for all of it was about $80, and my Flex Dollar covered it. Going the route described above, I think most people are paying about the same, but they don't have to go to a doctor first.

The most important thing you can do is to read Dr.Simeons Pounds and Inches. This will explain the how and why of the protocol and give you a map, that if followed will work for you, I am certain. This group is full of people who have obtained great success and others who don't. Those who don't have generally not followed the map in some manner. They may not realize what it is that they did wrong. The initial loading sequence is one that bothers a lot of people and one that some people don't do properly or don't "believe" it is important. The results of not doing it can be disastrous from a discomfort perspective. These people wind up just feeling like they are starving, don't lose much weight, and generally are misearble. In my case, I sort of loaded up, but not to the extreme I should have. As a result, my hunger continued for the first 4 days, finally receding on the 5th.

Another issue with the clinic that you are thinking about is that I presume they are going to administer the shots for you. Doing it yourself at home is vastly more convenient and takes literally 2 minutes or less from the time you pull out the supplies, fill the syringe, zap yourself, and put it all away.

I figure when I do my second round (26 day course) that the diet will result in a net dollar savings - cost of supplies(~$60) + no booze + no restaurants for 26 days = less spent overall.

Good luck!

I recommend using these people: http://hcgdietitwor ks.com/#/ welcome/45294477 81

They are much cheaper - 1 bottle of the homeopathic HCG is $129 and they give you 24/7 support!
