hiq much wt do you have to lose yet, are you close to your goal, have you been hungry and weak, i don't mean mentally cravings, i mean, truly physically hungry. Are you at a wt that you were at for a long time earlier in your life which they call at set point. Are you losing inches. All these questions play into it, i am very close to my goal so i am still losing but a little at a time, i think a couple of days ago i lost a pound but normally it is .4 or .6. Are you stressed, getting enough rest? Yes this in a way is a diffucult diet but how much did you lose, it does work.
