Guest guest Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 hiq much wt do you have to lose yet, are you close to your goal, have you been hungry and weak, i don't mean mentally cravings, i mean, truly physically hungry. Are you at a wt that you were at for a long time earlier in your life which they call at set point. Are you losing inches. All these questions play into it, i am very close to my goal so i am still losing but a little at a time, i think a couple of days ago i lost a pound but normally it is .4 or .6.
