Guest guest
Hmmmm?? Didn't know I had or was a side-kick LOL! But to your question... Doesn't matter. As long as you loaded and concentrated on fats, doesn't matter if you gain or not. Dr. Simeons stated this in P & I too. some people gorge themselves and don't gain any weight at all during loading and do very well. Others gain quite a bit. Doesn't matter as long as you loaded as well as you could. Good luck ! :0) Terri Randall load Terri and your two sidekicks (since you are the only ones who have real answers): I have only gained 2 lbs on two load days. Will this be sufficient? Guest guest
Hi I know several people that loaded for 3 days instead of 2 for the reasons you state here. And honestly, it addresses this in the protocol and really is not off protocol at all. I say if you feel like you need to, you probably do so go for it! :0) Terri Randall > > Now.... I know this is totally off protocol.....what if I loaded one more day? I feel the first day I didn't load properly. Yesterday was almost unbearable by bedtime, I was almost too stuffed to sleep. Right now I am absolutely starving, that nagging stomach-eating acid kind off feeling. > > If I am going to feel like this for a few more days, my family will insist that I stop the protocol. My husband already dislikes the idea as it is. > > >
Guest guest
LOL Terri and , it was a play on battery-grip's post suggesting we rename the group. I didn't mean to offend anyone, please forgive if I did. It does seem that the three of you (Life Coach was included in the original jab) are the only ones responding with solid information, and that is fine by me! I just finished reading P & I. The copy I had was a synopsis at best, which didn't mention anything about extending the load days, which is what I have decided to do. Today will be my last, and I will do just as I did yesterday. I am sure by tomorrow I will feel ready to proceed. I think part of the problem is that I normally eat only when hungry and sometimes that may be 2 or 3 times a day - most times just grazing. So the idea of loading was a bit much. I will let you know how it goes! Thanks for all of the wonderful help guys!On Dec 3, 2010, at 10:30 AM, Terri Randall wrote:Hmmmm??
