Well, good news and bad news. I stuck to 400 calories for the rest of the

day so I came out at 2018. I was cold and tired so I laid down at 7pm and

went to sleeep! It's 11pm now and I just woke up and had my hot vanilla

milk and now I'm going back to sleep. The bad news is that I didn't

exercise.

I feel like I salvaged the day. Normally I would have had that Chik Fila

lunch at the mall and easily consumed another 1000+ calories for the rest of

the day.

pissed me off today. This morning I left for the mall at 9:15 am for

the Libby Lu party, met at my parents' house at 1pm to take the kids to

check out a pop-up camper to rent for spring break, and arrived back home

about 4:30pm. I was hungry so I grabbed 2 sugar free puddings out of the

fridge. I had not eaten one bite in front of all day and he said " are

you going to eat **both** of those? " Ummmm..... yes dear.... I'm going to

pig out on 120 calories of sugar free pudding! Sheesh. He never says stuff

like that so it was weird that he would comment on a fairly healthy snack.

Men.

I need to stock up on sugar free pudding and jello tomorrow at Sam's. I

find those to be life savers. I can go in the kitchen with the munchies and

I can down a couple of 10 calorie Jellos and it stops me from shoving

something unhealthy in my mouth. It just gives me a minute to slow down and

think about what I'm going to eat. Kind of like a like a food air bag. It

stops me from crashing through the windshield. :) I don't have to include

the jello in Fit Day. At 10 calories apiece if I need to eat 12 of them in

one day that's ok. Thankfully I haven't had to do that yet. :) The

pudding is 60 calories each so I have to include that.

's going to cook dinner tomorrow. Gasp! That never happens. He's

making beef stefado in the crock pot. Some sort of Greek beef stew. Should

be interesting. No idea how to count it. Maybe beef bourgoine would be a

close calorie count. I'll try to eat lots of fruit and healthy stuff

throughout the day to compensate for the high calorie dinner. Hopefully it

will be really bad so I won't be tempted to eat more than a polite amount.

:)

Back to bed after I go shave my teeth. They feel really yucky after

sleeping for 4 hours without brushing them.

Life happens! You really didn't have much control over lunch, and did the

best you could under the circumstances. What would the alternative been - a

plain salad? That's not a meal, at least not for a normal person.

At least you learned from the experience - to check the nutritional info

*before* going.

You should wear a pedometer - yu do so much running around with those kids

you probably got a few miles in.

He knows you're currently sticking to a low calorie diet, right? Maybe he

felt he was helping you, giving a not-so-subtle reminder to watch what you

eat? You *know* men never have a clue as to hjow they're supposed to react

to a dieting wife!

Enjoy it! The most Ed does is dump a box of spaghetti in boiling water.

Oh, come on! Wouldn't you * like* him to cook more often?

Wow. I can't believe you let me off the hook for that one. :)

HCG drops? HCG is an injectable hormone. It is not a drop. It is not an herb. It is not a tablet. Even though there are plenty of places to buy stuff with the letters HCG on the label that is not HCG.

If used correctly is does not cause additional or faster weight loss. It is to block the hypothalamus starvation response to a very low calorie diet. The starvation response causes weight loss that can make you look tired, drawn, and look older. Facial fat can be lost and cause skin to sag and look older. The body will try to retain fat on hips, thighs, and waist. It will try to conserve the calories and regain any lost weight, and more, as quickly as possible.

Good luck with your drops.

If you want to try HCG you will need to get the injectable hormone.

The drops and pellets are just not HCG.

You will lose weight. The studies show you will lose just as much weight on the diet without HCG ( or taking other stuff that is not HCG)

You can believe anything you want. You can believe Weight Watchers or Craig is HCG. It is not.

There are many ways to try to lose weight, but if want to try HCG and get the benefit of HCG, you have to actually use HCG.

I really wish anyone trying to lose weight all the best, no matter how they are trying to do it. But there are plenty of rip offs and cheats out there, especially in the world of weight loss. Anyone selling drops and pills and calling it HCG are lying and cheating people.

I just want to clarify...There are Drops & Pellets out there.

I don't think anyone should tell others to just stop taking the drops & do the injections. I believe it's a personal preference. For example, I cannot do the shots. So I do the drops. They are homeopathic HCG drops...but they are drops. And they work.

Just my 2 cents.

It seems logical that if the homeopathic remedies arent effective, then the person would gain back the weight after the protocol is finished. Does anyone have any data to support whether or not people gain the weight back due to the fact that the hypoth. gland is not being reset? I know someone who lost 30 pounds on the homeopathic drops so I know one can lose weight. Question is how do we know if the metabolism has been reset? I followed the original protocol with the injections even though I really had resistance to syringes. But I got over myself after the first injection. It was only in my head, as are all fears. I think it's a perfect opportunity to get past one's fear of needles, doing this protocol. That being said, people will continue to do variations on the

diet and deal with whatever consequences that brings forth. As an HCG coach, I choose only to work with people who are willing to do the original protocol. No judgements. It's just I know for sure it is backed by research and can feel confident when I tell people they will reset their hypoth. gland. Sure has worked for me. 29 pounds, 29 inches in 40 days!
