I'm coming to the end of my phase 1 and am approaching my 6 week maintenance phase. I am so afraid because it seems any time I eat a little more than I should, I automatically see a gain the following day. I do not want to gain back what I just lost. What do most of you do when you see a 2lb weight gain? I know the book calls for a steak day, but I've seen others eat just apples, does anyone do a liquid fast for a day? I'm just curious to see what you all are doing to handle this. I have an extremely stubborn metabolism and have never been able to lose weight before hcg.
