approaching maintenance phase

First of all, the administrator of this site has to do something about all those

spam messages. They're getting annoying.

I'm coming to the end of my phase 1 and am approaching my 6 week maintenance

phase. I am so afraid because it seems any time I eat a little more than I

should, I automatically see a gain the following day. I do not want to gain back

what I just lost.

What do most of you do when you see a 2lb weight gain? I know the book calls for

a steak day, but I've seen others eat just apples, does anyone do a liquid fast

for a day?

I'm just curious to see what you all are doing to handle this. I have an

extremely stubborn metabolism and have never been able to lose weight before

hcg. I'm just afraid if I increase my calories, it's coming back.
