Guest guest Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 We are currently using the injections and they are no fun. we are also struggling with hunger. we are so hungry. we moved up to 200 but not much help with the hunger. do you know if you can switch mid way? have you used the injection, does the sublingual work as well for you or better? thank you for sharing. Youtub sublingual hcg and you'll get instructions on how to do it. I've tried both. I prefer sublingual. There is an addition expense because you dose twice a day but hcg is cheap. If you are doing this protocol or thinking about it you should really read his manuscript, eh? It is a mere 40 pages of fascinating stuff and details you should be aware of if you are doing his protocol. As for the original question.... I ordered my needles and chickened out. I will be doing sublingual (waiting for my HCG). and have no concerns about lack of effectiveness based on my research. I am also doing a 6 day a week administration (with one day off) as it allows you to avoid immunity to the HCG thereby allowing you to be on the protocol longer than the maximum period if you want to lose more weight than you think you may during the first round. It is a protocol used my a clinic in CA and you can learn more about it on my favorite blog: http://dan-foss.blogspot.com.
