Thanks for the suggestions, I think I will make me an appointment with my doc and get the blood work started. It hasnt been that long ago since I had that done, but I am sure they will require something a bit more recent. Thanks again for the advice.

I went to drugdelivery.ca, but I am confused...how do I know which hcg I need? In KT's book it says about a25-200 units...but when I go to order it says 5000 IU.

-Hi Jenni,I am in the Dallas area and I will tell you what I did. I just had a physical 2 months ago by my regular doctor but since I used GHI I had to get another one. I knew my doctor would not agree so I went to a Doc in the Box (one of those Care facilities) and paid $58 for a "physical". I only took the 2 parts of the medical form that they needed to sign and did not tell them which program I was doing. I told him I was starting a diet program (like Jenni Craig) and wanted to make sure I was healthy. I had the blood work done that GHI required. I did like that but some of that was done by my doctor 2 months ago so again, a yearly physical by your doctor with blood work is enough. Then I paid $270 for my HCG and found out that it isnt natural...it is working though as I have lost 8 lbs in 8 days. The abdominal injections are simple but I dont have a lot of stomach fat (most of mine is hips and legs) so I just ordered more HCG from drugdelivery.ca (no prescription needed) as I will need to be on 2 sessions and I am not ordering from GHI again. Someone mentioned in on thread that the pharmacies from Canada and EU wont be able to ship to the US after May 12 so I decided to order today. I ordered the other supplies (needles etc for the IM injection, not abdominal) from the site mentioned in the "Files" section that lays out what to order. Good luck to you and your husband. On this site there are instructions. On the left side, click Files

then go to the last entry which tells you what to order. I ordered 2

1500 iu (3 ampules in each order) as once you mix it it has a short

shelf life so getting the 5000 iu may lose its potency before you are

done with it.
