Guest guest
Welcome ! Go to the library website that's at the end of this message. There you'll get a bunch of bath salt recipes that are fun and easy. Let me know how it turns out. I'm wrestling with using baking soda because it seems to absorb my e/os. Not sure the leave it out or what. Good luck and have fun. Guest guest
Alina, People who say free radicals may form when ingesting H2O2 don't understand either free radicals or peroxide. You can drink peroxide without doing anything else. But, if you take vit C or minerals, do so 1/2 hour after drinking peroxide to avoid any conflict. jim alinaquebec@... wrote: > > Hi, > I begun yestarday to take orally H2O2. Guest guest
Alina, DDS-1 is apparently a multi-strain brand of lactobacilli. AKA SBO's (soil based organisms), intestinal bacteria, etc. They don't tolerate stomach acid too well, so they should be taken with water on an empty stomach. Essentially, any good brand wil a lot of different strains in it is good. You don't have to have a specific brand, just a good one. Whoever wrote the post about antioxidants doesn't sound to me as though they are particularly informed. It would seem they do a lot of reading, but haven't gotten to the good stuff yet. Antioxidants and free radicals are hyped by marketers to sell products. People have free radicals in their bodies because they have too many toxins and insufficient cellular oxygen. This situation interferes, inhibits and prevents normal cell functions, and in the absence of sufficient O2 free radicals are released, which are mostly positively charged oxygen singlet atoms. On the other hand, a NEGATIVELY charged oxygen singlet is a free radical SCAVENGER! In other words, an atom of oxygen can be either a radical or scavenger, depending on its ionic polarity. Drinking ozonated water would be better than peroxide because it does much more than just supply O2, but without an ozone genetrator, food grade peroxide is a decent alternative. If I was still drinking it, I would set the glass of peroxide & water on a magnet, to re-activate the water, improving its quality and the effectiveness of the peroxide. The side of a magnet that attracts the North pole of a compass is turned toward the water. Let it sit there a while. I made a coaster with magnets & a glue gun. I just sit the glass on the magnet coaster. In the presence of this magnetic field the structure of the water molecule changes, and when the structure of a molecule changes, so does its properties. Magnetized water will go into smaller spaces & is better prepared to be accepted into a cell than tap, bottled or distilled, purified, etc. water. BTW, one of my other hats is moderator of the oxyplus list. please strip off all irrelevant portions of old posts when replying to a list message. It wastes a lot of archive space. Have I posted on this list that I've put rare-earth magnets on my water pipes to magnetize the water? You put the magnets on the pipe as it comes into your house. It is supposed to be really great for your health;it dissolves the built-up mineral deposits on the inside of your pipes;and it is said to be great for the garden. Well, I've had them for about 6 weeks and I've definitely noticed gunk coming out of the pipes, and the garden has SHOT UP since I put the magnets on. I trust the benefits to my health will be equally dramatic and satisfying. In fact, I own one of Saul's great medical ozonators and I ozonate the magnetic, filtered water and drink it for a double whammy! This is one health experiment that is a lot of fun. (And tasty, too.) Guest guest
Hi Alina; Don't buy the statements below. If you take vitamin C you should take 1 gram or more three times per day, not to Prevent free radical formation, which is a normal process in metabolism, but to Quench free radicals after they're formed. And the peroxide in water does not go far enough into your intestine to kill your intestinal flora, so the probiotic taken for this particular reason is in error. And Acidopholus does not make peroxide in the blood. I think the writer was thinking about white blood cells. <<I will say a few things about this HP stuff. I always made sure that I took lots of ANTI-OXIDANTS like (for ME personally...) 1 gram of Vitamin C a day (split three ways) and combinations of other anti- oxidants (E, A, Selenium, Germanium, etc.) These were taken by me to counteract any POSSIBLE formation of FREE RADICALS (that have been associated with causing cancer). I also took DDS-1 Acidolphilus because it also makes HP in the blood and it reinstates the friendly critters in the gut (which are killed by the HP). The DDS-1 has about 28 or so TYPES of microorganisms in its formula. It is available from UAS labs in St. , MN (I think). Guest guest
Increasing Levels of Oxygen The Book Of Increasing the level of oxygen to damaged tissue should be the first action we take in medical practice because the damage includes the blood vessels and reduces the oxygen supply. Unfortunately, it is almost invariably the last. There are many reasons for this, from the failure to teach the basic physics of pressure and oxygen delivery in our medical schools, to our obsession with drugs. Increasing the oxygen level in blood can only be achieved by breathing more oxygen. So why does the FDA not yet approve of giving oxygen at higher dosage? The FDA like 'the government' is a civil service bureaucracy and has no medical expertise. An approval process starts with the 'in tray' of a clerk, where it will sit for a few weeks/months before being passed to a committee. There is no motivation to push back frontiers or make profits, but there is a powerful motivation to protect their 'derriere' (I think there is another American word for this) and foster their power. All human organisations behave in the same way as, for example, the organised religions. There have been some remarkable success stories with RSD and I would recommend that you give your father the opportunity to try and recover naturally - which is the sole objective of giving more oxygen. The base that I carry and use is saponifed vegetable oils, purified water, kosher gylcerin, moisturizers and emulisifiers.....I can usually load 1Tbsp of fragrance to the pound of base...it will depend on the FO...always use skin or body safe FO's or EO's in your soap....the supplier should have this info in the description of the FO...there are many good FO suppliers... Guest guest
Colleen, I checked out your web page and your soap bases. I truely did not know that melt and pour could be made without the addition of a bunch of extra chemicals. I've checked out the melt and pour at s and decided to just stay away from all that and when it was time to start learning how to soap, I would learn HP or one of those other ones. What are the emulsifiers in your soap base? I tried to contact you through your email contact on your site, but it wasn't working today. Have a great day! Leanna in Alberta. Guest guest
Just read the bok. Seems complicated trying to buy and do everything that is suggested. Where is the best place to get the HCG? Is oral just as good as shots? Do you have to do physical, blood work, etc? Has anyone done a list of info and phone #'s where to order all the teas, organic, supplements, etc? Thanks for any and all help.
Guest guest
Welcome measwd, I was also overwhelmed after reading the book. Therefore, I created an Excel spreadsheet taking all the info off his Phase 1 and putting it in an order I could use to go shopping. I went online, but had some difficulty. I went to Wild Oats and found everything, but not necessarily the brands he suggested. I just asked an employee who was a tremendous help. Regarding HCG - I just called the phone number off his website 1-800- 819-1027. It is a company called GHI and they were very helpful. If you want to first call them directly, it is 877-721-1200. It sounds like there are other companies, but I trusted this one b/c it was on KT's website and they have a 100% success rate, and FDA approved. Good Luck > > Just read the bok. Guest guest
Hi everyone!! I am also new and very happy to have found this group. I have just finished reading KT's book and will be starting Phase 1 shortly. I too am overwhelmed with how much is needed to do for phase 1. You mentioned that you created a spreadsheet for the supplies needed. Do you mind sharing that spreadsheet, it would be extremely helpful and I would be extremely greatful!! :)Thnx! > > > > Just read the bok. Guest guest
HI, welcome to the group. Great idea on the providers list. If you read the book and are here, then something about the Simeons/KT Protocol resinated with you. There are no true oral products that contain hcg. It can not be injested orally, it must be injected. Like so many, I had a fear of needles. Today, I inject half asleep, it does not hurt at all if you follow the instructions available to you under the files section. But first Phase 1. It is important to do. Yes it takes a bit of effort, however, if you are as motivated as I think you are........you found us, you will have great success. Take one bit of information and work on it at a time. STart by finding a local health food store or online provider and start with a detox and colon hydrotherapy..........or something. AS for suppliers, you will find a list of suppliers for the hcg in the files section. It is up to you to chose. I am excited that you are here and searching for better health. Always, just my opinion, Jodie > > Just read the bok. Seems complicated trying to buy and do everything that is suggested. > Where is the best place to get the HCG? Is oral just as good as shots? Guest guest
Lashana, Just so you know I don't think any questions are stupid and the parents here seem to know much more about adjusting to the cast than any doc or nurse I have come across. He will get a feel for it before you know it. My son is in his 2nd cast and climbed up on my bed today!! He is 19 months old and he thinks he can do anything. I agree with Heidi hard surfaces and corners are the main things to watch out for. I NEVER let out of my sight if we are on concrete. Please know that the parents here on CAST are caring and will answer the same questions over and over again. I see that a lot when new members ask things.
