Guest guest Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 I would say yes, use the MCT. I know it is not on the Simeons but it worked really well for me. Also, because of how it is formulated, it is relatively safe to use on your dry,cracked skin.(a little messy, but it works) Have you been checking to see if you are in ketosis? If you are not, you could try cutting out the grissini, if still not in ketosis, cut out fruit(which includes tomatoes) from dinner, if still not, cut out fruit all day. Keep using the MCT, it will help to get you into ketosis. I put mine in my protein shake(again, not recommended by Simeons, but recommended by my clinic and helped to keep me NOT hungry). You probably don't need to exercise, or I should say, exercise won't make it go faster. Often when people exercise they need to get more protein because they start to get deficient.
