I use egg

white. Each Medium-large size egg has about 15-18 calories. ALL PURE PROTEIN.

I use six of

them for a meal. No eating the yolk. That’s very important.

I spice it with salt, paper, some times soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.

Works for me very well.

I'm curious about the apple cider vinegar references throughout several posts. What are the benefits and where is the use of ACV mentioned - it's not in Dr. Simeon's original protocol or at least I haven't seen it there. Please let me know what the benefits are and how much you're supposed to take daily.

Ultra Lean has white kidney bean which helps to keep your blood sugars balanced

throughout the day and therefore- less hunger.

My husband couldn't use it though because it had sunflower seed or flaxseed in

it(he has allergies to all seeds)

I used it though, and added a TBS of MCT oil to it for breakfast and it worked

great. i lost more when using the mct than when I forgot to put it in my shake.
