112 - I posted my 'Final' after Pictures

Today is my last day on the 500 calorie diet so I start Phase 3

tomorrow. I am really looking forward to having some variety in my

diet. I wasn't really hungry yesterday although today when I woke up

I am starting to feel the hunger return.

I didn't lose any weight yesterday (according to the scale this

morning) so it will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow. It

will now be good to see how hard it will be to maintain the weight

already lost. I am going to continue to ride by bicycle so I am sure

that will help. I am actually hoping I will continue to lose weight

during this time from the exercise. Overall I feel FANTASTIC!!!

Being able to get into ALL my smaller sized clothes and looking trim

(my left over fat doesn't really show when I am dressed) is REALLY a

great feeling. I am no longer `self conscience' about how I look or

what other people might say. I KNOW I look great for a 55 year old

man.

My wife had been gone to California for three weeks visiting her Mom

and just got home Wednesday night. Needless to say, she was shocked

when she saw the transformation both in me and our daughter .

She kept looking at me with this big smile saying " I can't believe

how good you look!! " That made every minute and ALL the effort I

have put into the research, injections, bland food and `sticking to

it' worth more than I can describe. As the VISA commercial would

say, " PRICELESS " .

I have posted my new `After' pictures. While I am THRILLED with the

results, I still need to rid myself of the `luv handles' and a little

more in the stomach. If the exercise from the bike doesn't do it

then I will do another 21 day Phase 2 in six weeks. I WILL get rid

of ALL of this excess `secured' fat!!!!!!!!
