I found on my first P2 that if I continued taking my drops thru

the first day that I could continue not taking for 3 days without suffering

cravings. HCG stays in your system for 3 days after you stop so you should be

ok. I’ve had friends continue taking it during and some that stopped for 7

days both did ok and did not disrupt their periods.

Good Luck

Subject: Hcg drops on your period?

Hello

everyone. I am on day 2 of phase 2 and so far so good!

I'm finding

everyone's questions and advice so helpful and motivating

I have a quick question regarding taking Hcg drops during your period. I am

taking the homeopathic drops and have read conflicting advice. Should you stop

taking the drops and continue the 500cal diet while you have your period or can

you continue with the drops as well?

I am worried about how I will cope.. I usually have my period for about 7 days

and get HUGE cravings for comfort food. Without the Hcg drops to help with my

apetite I'm scared I might turn into an emotional/physical wreck I am

due for my period in about 10 days (12 days into phase ! 2).

Anyways what does everyone think? Anyone taking the drops that has taken it

throughout their period?

Thanks

PS I've

started a blog about my journey to make my commitment to getting fit and

healthy public (and make me answerable and on track). Please visit and share

I'm doing my HCG followed by a doctor and she informed me to NOT stop the HCG. It is confusing for your body to have the HCG while a period since the HCG is telling your body that you are pregnant, but there is no reason to stop as it will still be in your system at least 3 days anyway.JenOn Nov 3, 2010, at 4:09 AM, catkrez wrote:

Hello Ladies I am actually on my period as we speak and I am still using the

drops and following the 500 cal diet. I don't have any cravings like I usually

do and the only difference I notice is that my period is lighter with no cramps.

I really can't complain. Everyone is different so I'm not sure how your body

will react; I'm just letting you know whats going on with me. The only advice I

can give you is to try it and see what happens.

Yep stupid TOM came for me today 6 days ahead of schedule. I usually feel it

coming a few days ahead of time so I was kind of caught off guard today but

whatever. I am going to continue taking my drops through my TOM. I was under the

impression that you only stop if you are injecting but I may have misunderstood

that one. I am doing the homeopathic drops. The only difference so far has been

slightly less cramping and about 1 week early. I usually only go 2-3 days so

I'll let you know if anything changes in that dept. I am kind of curious about

what my appetite will do today as I usually lose it during TOM so I'm hoping

that doesn't change. Hope you could undeerstand what I was trying to say lol

sometimes I talk more than necessary.

Thanks so much for all your responses! I think I will keep taking my HCG

homeopathic drops throuhout my period and see what happens :) I get huge

cravings just before and during the first 2 days so it will be interesting to

see what happens!

Loving the results so far! Gained 1.4kgs during the " gorging " phase and have

since lost 3.8kgs (up till Day 4 VLCD) woohoo!
