what needle size did you chose for the injection I have the 30g l" for that and 18g to withdraw. I have been doing my own and use the side of the leg.

Hello to Germany, What candida cleanse did you get? I strongly recommend the cleanse before Phase 2. The reason being feeling hungry. I did not do Phase 1 and felt hungry the entire 21 days I was on the program. I am off for a while now, but am looking forward to starting up again soon. Where did you inject most of the time?

How much weight did you lose? per day /all ?

I guess I will do the cleansing first then and start dieting before I

go on HCG. I'm just very impatient and would like to start right away.

I weight about 257.4 pounds and I am 5.8 feet tall (178cm)

I usually don't eat anything until noon, and would be good not eating

until 3 pm. I love to eat late, this is my whole problem.

I gained a lot of weight after my second pregnancy and being depressed

while living in the US for 1 year.

My goal is 171 Pounds, as this is when I felt happy with myself.

That is 86 Pounds..sighs

I have the 25 or 28 g I think with 1 inch. So side of the leg..that

sounds better as I believe I will be unable to do a right injection to

myself in the butt. I used to be the best at my job at giving

shots..LOL but to myself..hahaha

You switch right to left daily then I guess ?

Hi Katja,

I read on this site how to do your own shots and it is very easy. You

are suppose to section you leg into 3 sections and always use the

middle section to do the injections. Use the alcohol swab to wipe on

you area to inject, place the needle against your site to inject and

just apply a little pressur to that site and the needle should slide

right in. I got my shots from NHW and the needles are very sharp. I'm

going to use a different site to order from because NHW is very

expensive and I can't afford them anymore. I saw some sites on

earlier posts that I checked out the they seem pretty reasonable but

I'm leary of ordering from the net with all the trouble that I have

seen others talk about. Good luck to you all.
