Guest guest
My child starts to smell if he does not have a daily BM. When he does not have daily BMs it is usually because yeast and/or bacteria are overgrowing. It might be a gut bug issue. Guest guest
Hi Michele, I would be very careful about the use of deodorants. I believe most of the have some sort of aluminium compound in them. All the best, Dagmar. he needs deodorant
Guest guest
Sometimes detoxing metals can cause what I describe as a " gun powder " odor. Kids who eat animal products are starting puberty very early these days, due to the hormones used in animals. Any new supplements? Some of those may add an odor. Guest guest
Kim, Pamela Stott-Kendall wrote a book called "Torn Illusions" about her breast implant experience. In it, she told how she continually struggled with a horrible body odor from her implants, to the point of it ruining her clothes and bedding. You might want to read her book. It is full of valuable information, and of course, a tragic story of how implants ruined her life. Guest guest
Kim, I have the book, but I am not able to scan the page....I'll just have to type it out. It is quite extensive in the discussions of the many symptoms she had...my suggestion is to just get the book and read it for yourself so you can get the whole picture. She fought a valiant fight. Here is that part of her story starting on page 20. Note: was her maid. "Another blow struck in the summer of 1984. and I noticed a slight chemical odor in my clothing. We were at a loss to determine its origin, since never used bleach and washed with mild detergents when laundering the clothes. Dr. Droller was just as baffled and suggested a change in laundry products. Although we changed to other brands of detergent, the chemical odor, tainting my clothing, did not lessen and grew even more disconcerting. Next, I began having difficulty breathing. Dr. Droller prescribed antibiotics, but the respiratory symptoms did not improve, only worsened. One problem came after another. Soon, I developed dry eye syndrome. An opthamologist, Dr. Redfern, diagnosed the disorder after administering a Schirmer tear test; he described this syndrome as irreversible and immune-system related. Other symptoms surfaced. Now I suffered dizzy spells with daily, excruciating headaches. The nagging pain in my upper-left abdominal area sharpened, and allergic reactions to environmental chemicals increased. By early fall, on the threshold of my fifth year after the implants, the chemical odor had become very pungent and quite noticeable as it accumulated in the upper-body areas of my clothing. Though tried, washing the clothes vigorously would not eliminate the odor. Then I started having drenching night sweats. To my horror, they bleached the color out of my bed linens. was alarmed, and I was totally devastated. Completely defeated and despondent over the development of this new and horrifying symptom, I had further lost faith in my physician's ability to help me. As the chemical stench steadily intensified, I became more and more frightened about the possible outcome of my disease. The odor got stronger; I got weaker. I began to think that I was about to die. My children were not spared either. They were eyewitnesses to the personal horror growing in my life. Daily, they watched removed the reeking, stained clothes and linens from my bedroom. Many of them had to be thrown away with the trash." Guest guest
No never had odor, but I would have hot flashes with sweating. It just seemed like I sweat 10 times easier than prior to implants. Now that they are out it seems to have let up some. I won't really be able to tell until weather gets warmer. I do think it has made a bif difference in getting them out. My skin also is less hypersensitive all over.
