chill out...this group is used to a very subdued, considerate moderator who understands what this group is...we don't need you yelling at us when we make what you consider a (technical), mistake...understand the philosophy of this group...we just want this group to be where we can air our ideas, ask questions, get information...a place to talk, learn, sometimes even vent...many of us are not computer savy...DEAL WITH IT, but in a considerate, caring way.
