LOL I don't think that this has anything to do with your hunger or pain. I just thought that I would answer you to let you know some one is here for you. Good luck and hang in there you are really getting somewhere. How much have you lost and 11 days wow! That is something. Good work. I just know that it will pay off in the end. Remember there is an end to all of this. Keep your head up and I will pary for you to get your answer soon from someone who knows. Guest guest
Take potassium, if you're drinking all your water you may be losing potassium and that makes your body hurt. You can potassium tablets at the grocery store, pharmacy, health food store. I remember a few years ago my dad would do yard work and sweat a lot, he hurt all over, took him to get potassium, he thought I was a miracle worker. Hope that's all it is.See what's free at AOL.com. Guest guest
Does anyone know why this is happening to this poor person? I totally feel for you! I thought that the hCG was supposed to make you feel energetic and euphoric? Not once did I read that you'd be feeling the way you're feeling! Did you gorge for the first 2 days on hCG? Did you complete all or part of Phase 1? Just trying to narrow down the reasons you may be feeling this way. You poor thing. Guest guest
I believem I read in KT's book that some people will get musce aces due to the fact that some of the abnormal fat in (or around the muscle) is 'burned' up and therefore will cause that. But I thought he said it was towards the end of the hcg injections and goes away once phase 3 is started. Maybe in this case it is happing sooner? anybody else remember this in his book? ---- Debbie Piazza <weluv2sail@...> wrote: > Does anyone know why this is happening to this poor person? Guest guest
I don't recall reading that, but I'm in phase 2 and does my body ever ache, I'm going to lay down because I'm hurting all over. However, I did tweak my shoulder, etc. in kickboxing; thinking about going to see a chiropracter in the near future. Now, that would explain why I am really in pain, I took about 3 tylenols at work and feel kinds stoned and tired; must lay down soon! Guest guest
Thanks to everyone for your encouraging messages. Today is the first day I havn't been hungry! I am still having trouble with muscle pain if I do much. I usually work out at Curves 3 times a week, but today I went real slow and had to quit early. I read that about the fat leaving around the muscles, but it seems early for that. I have reached a plateau and have not lost the past 3 days, but look for that to improve now that I am not so hungry. If it continues, I may try some potassium, but don't want to take too much. Guest guest
I forgot to take the potassium today and that is probably it; took some a while ago. How many mg are correct; I took about 1100 mg. Now to enjoy my tea and take a good rest. Guest guest
For muscle aches, I found that the " sweat baths " used in Lifeforce cleansing are great for that. You simply fill you bath tub with the hottest water you can tolerate and sit for 30 minutes. You need to be sweating. (If you have access to a dry sauna that is even better). When you are done it will take about an hour to cool down unless you take a cold shower which I do wont do. This really helps when you are trying to detox as your body has a tough time throwing off all the toxins but since your skin is your biggest gland, you can sweat the toxins and it assists the body with the removal process. Even doing HCG if you have not done a thorough cleansing, you will be detoxing because you are eating all organic and you body will naturally try to rid itself of toxins. It is recommended at 6 times a week and that is what I am doing even on Phase II and I feel great. Lynda G It must be very > >hard to be into this diet for 11 days and be so hungry. Guest guest
Thanks ladies I too am experiencing slight but definately noticable muscle aches in my legs above my knees and below my thighs. I knew about the baths (KT, if I remember correctly recommends Epsom Salts if some other kind is not available). But I didn't know how often. I'm sure we'll improve as the toxins are sloughed off. Have a Great Day! Guest guest
I'm on the 5th day of hcg, I have been drinking all the fluids, probably more, I had leg cramps and just general discomfort, took a couple of potassium tablets and it went away. Guest guest
I am too having muscle pain and am soo tired. Is this normal on only phase 1 of the cleanse process? Guest guest
On Phase I you are Detoxing and if you don't use another method to assist your body with the detox process you will ache, get a runny nose, cold symptoms, etc. Take hot sweat baths, 6-7 times a week. Fill the tub as hot as you can stand it and soak for 30 minutes and just sweat. Sounds nuts but you will feel better! --- advventuress <bementta@...> wrote: > I am too having muscle pain and am soo tired. Is > this normal on only > phase 1 of the cleanse process? Guest guest
Another method? I have tried to double my water intake hoping the pain and fatigue would disappear. It’s hard to pay attention at work when all you want to do is lay down. I found out last night that I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I will try a hot bath tonight as this may help getting to sleep also. Guest guest
Okay ... now you're all making me feel like I'm not taking a strong enough cleanse!!! I'm not feeling any of the below symptoms. Is this normal? I feel fine and actually have more energy than usual. Hmmm... Guest guest
How I feel, I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It’s making it hard to stay focused. Yesterday I broke down and had to take an energy pill. There so much that needs to be done that I can’t afford to feel this way plus I have been a real “B” lately and I can’t even blame it on a period cuz don’t have them anymore. My girls just shake their heads and ask when daddy (hero) get’s home. The muscle pain has subsided into just a small ache like I worked out too long. The hot baths are working and I try to have a cup of chamomile before bed. I took the recommended dose of potassium and coral calcium all at once yesterday and 10 minutes later thought I was going to die. I will spread them out instead of taking all at once. I can’t wait to start 2nd phase and that’s what keeps me motivated. Reading the posts and hearing about everyone’s successes are truly inspirational for me also. I hope to be soon adding my own. I did lose the 4lbs in excess water plus another pound. Guest guest
According to Natural healing Ways it is essential to take potassium and a good multiplevitam each day. the pains will subside; its just our body telling us this is working. We are burning all kinds of fat and rapidly. did the hot bath help you? Keep on losing and good luck! Guest guest
I have a comment about the Coral Calcium that some of you are "taking". The Coral Calcium I ordered on-line came in little sachets that I just drop into my water. Am I supposed to be "taking" it directly instead of adding it to water? Perhaps that's why the aches? Maybe taking it orally like you are is just too much??? Just a guess..."Bement, Tawnya" <bementta@...> wrote: How I feel, I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It’s making it hard to stay focused.
