Hi . P & I advises to stop. From the members I've heard from that

experience this, some stop, some don't. Of the ones that don't stop, *some*

experience heavier flows and more severe cramping, others don't notice

anything.

The ones that do stop usually only stop for the first 2 to 3 days during

heaviest flow and then simply resume. They also don't really experience any

real hunger as the HCG remains in your system for about 72 hours.

Menstrual Cycle? Continue Injections?

I'm on my eight day of VLCD. I noticed that my menstrual cycle is coming

down. I thought I read that you shouldn't take injections while on your

period. Is that true? Do I continue or not taking the shots of HcG while on

my period?
