I'm eating about 1500 calories a day (hard!), and eating no starch or sugar. I lost nothing the last 8 days of VLCD, tripled my calories and now I'm losing. Go figure. I was on pain meds the last week of 6 weeks of VLCD, could that have slowed things down? My question for you experienced experts out there is, " Is it ok that I am losing now? " I'm eating all I want, trying to continue to make healthy food choices, but adding fat back in. I figure that it will level off in a few days, and I'll use that as my low weight to monitor the 2 lb gain. Am I on track? I've lost 23 lbs.
