Christel-What is your issue? Are you getting hungry? Or having specific cravings? I would encourage you to stay with it....even if you can only withstand a 23 day cycle. I was never able to lose weight before doing HCG...and I lost 17 pounds on the 23 day plan. Im R1-P2-Day4. Day 2 was the worse I felt pretty bad, I almost feel like I had

an allergic reaction to the hcg or the troche cube it is in. I felt sick until

today. Im not ravenous but dont feel satified on the amount of food I am

eating. I always feel like I need to eat something, not psychological or

emotional, just stomach feels really empty all the time. Sticking with it

though. I fixed my head to keep going with this no matter what. I'd rather

face this challenge now than have a health challenge later due to staying heavy.

This plan is not easy for everyone, but just stay the course. The reward will be

very gratifying in the end.
